Fin AIMISReports

What Fin AI does

Financials and MIS from the systems you already use.

Fin AI prepares financial statements and management reports. Companies get Schedule III, fully automated. Firms, LLPs, and other non-corporate entities get financials in the ICAI NCE format. MIS is built even when accounts, inventory, receivables, and HR sit in different software.

Purpose of Fin AI

Two services. One set of books — or many systems clubbed into one report.

Fin AI does not replace Tally, SAP, or your inventory software. It reads what those systems already hold and prepares the statements finance and management need.

Service 1 · Financials

ICAI financial statements, prepared automatically

  • Schedule III — Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, cash flow, notes, and annexure for companies. Mapping, generation, and the Debit = Credit check run from the trial balance.
  • NCE as per ICAI — financial statements for Non-Corporate Entities (firms, LLPs, trusts, societies, and other non-company entities) in the format issued by ICAI.
  • Same workflow for both: bring in the trial balance, confirm the grouping once, generate, and export to Excel or PDF.

Service 2 · MIS

Management reports, even when data is split

  • Monthly P&L, Working Capital, Cash Flow, and industry packs — manufacturing, services, projects, export, construction, and groups.
  • Accounts in one software, inventory in another, receivables in a third, HR in a fourth. Fin AI clubs them into one MIS.
  • The report follows the client: stock, containers, hours, project costs, or a plain income-and-expense view.

Service 1 · Financials

Schedule III and ICAI NCE. Fully prepared from the trial balance.

Pick the statement the entity needs. Fin AI maps the ledgers, drafts the set, and keeps Debit equal to Credit.

Companies

Schedule III — fully automated

  • Balance Sheet and Statement of Profit & Loss in Schedule III
  • Cash flow, notes to accounts, and annexure
  • Primary groups set the nature; you confirm the line once and reuse it next year
  • Excel and PDF when the board or the auditor asks

Firms, LLPs & other entities

NCE financials as per ICAI

  • Financial statements for Non-Corporate Entities in the ICAI format
  • Balance Sheet, Income & Expenditure or Profit & Loss, and the related notes
  • Same fetch, map, generate, and balance steps as Schedule III
  • One workspace for company clients and non-corporate clients
  1. 1

    Fetch

Trial balance from Tally, SAP, Dynamics, Oracle, Zoho, QuickBooks, a custom ERP, or an Excel upload.

  2. 2

    Map

Place every ledger on the Schedule III line or the ICAI NCE line. Save the grouping.

  3. 3

    Generate

Fin AI drafts the statements, notes, and annexure.

  4. 4

    Balance

Review when Debit equals Credit, then export.

Service 2 · MIS automation

One MIS, even when every function lives in a different database.

Accounting in Tally. Inventory in another package. Receivables in a third. Payroll and HR in a fourth. Fin AI clubs those sources and prepares the management report.

Club every database

Accounts, stock, debtors, and people cost do not have to share one ERP. Bring each extract or connection into the same client period.

Any accounting software

Tally, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, a customised ERP, or any other package that can give a trial balance or a standard extract.

The report the client asked for

Monthly P&L with stock and adjustments, Working Capital, Cash Flow, containers, project hours, or a group consolidation — shaped to that business.

Works with what you already run

No new accounting system. Connect the ones you have.

Tally

Live connection or the Helper. Trial balance and cash flow on any HTTP port.

SAP

Standard extracts from SAP finance into the same MIS and financials.

Dynamics

Microsoft Dynamics books, mapped once and refreshed each period.

Oracle

Oracle financials and related extracts, clubbed with the other systems.

Zoho

Zoho Books trial balance and ledgers for smaller entities and firms.

QuickBooks

QuickBooks exports land in the same Schedule III, NCE, and MIS flow.

Custom ERP

A client-built ERP is just another source. Map its ledgers like any other books.

Any other software

If it can produce a trial balance, stock list, debtor list, or payroll file, it can feed Fin AI.

How a period runs

Close the systems you have. Fin AI prepares both packs.

  1. 1

    Close each system

Accounts, inventory, receivables, and HR stay where they are. Export or connect when the month is closed.

  2. 2

    Bring them into one period

Fin AI clubs the files and connections for that client and month.

  3. 3

    Publish the MIS

Management gets P&L, Working Capital, and the industry view they asked for.

  4. 4

    Generate the financials

Schedule III for companies, or NCE as per ICAI for non-corporate entities — from the same books.

Start with one client

Schedule III, ICAI NCE, or a combined MIS — from the software you already use.
